How it works

Fluid is introduced into the filter housing. It is then forced through a filter element where the contaminant is captured on the outside surfaces of the filter. The clean fluid exits through the outlet. A controller monitors the differential pressure across the filter. When enough contaminant collects on the element and the differential pressure reaches a pre-selected point, the backwash sequence is initiated. The brush will run and clean the filter automatically. There is no introduction of additional fluids to contaminate the process, and the volume of liquid discharged is held to a minimum, reducing disposal costs. When the backwash operation is completed, the system returns on-line, the controller resets itself, and the whole process begins again.

Our systems have included pumps, power distribution boxes, motor starters, all skid mounted and ready for installation.

Operation

 

The salt water enters the electrolyzer cell. The DC current applied produces sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen. The hydrogen together with the sodium hypochlorite solution is discharged into the product storage tank. An air blower is used to dilute the hydrogen to well below its flammability limit and to force ventilate it to a safe outdoor discharge point. The sodium hypochlorite solution produced is added to the water which need to be disinfected.

The flow rate control system which installed on the pipe, will automatically shut off the system while the flow rate is low. The DC output is adjustable from 0-100%, it allows precise production of the sodium hypochlorite.
